My birth name is Davied Farries, however I have chosen my adoption family name David P.J. Roach as my pen name/signature.

There is no meaning behind my artwork, I like to let the actual artwork say it. I work in my studio apartment. During the summer months I work on my easel in my lounge room with the air conditioner. During the winter months I work in my spare room as my art room where it is nice and cool because my apartment is a real hot house. I like to see myself as an artist working in my studio apartment, within a local village where I buy all my provisions and pay my bills.

My latest inspiration comes from the urge to do something new. Thank you to Glady for her patronage.
