On A Roll: A Survey of Contemporary Victorian Printmaking

  • Artemisia Gallery & Event Space 248 High St Windsor Australia (map)

Artemisia Gallery in collaboration with the Print Council Australia proudly presents:

ON A ROLL: A SURVEY OF CONTEMPORARY VICTORIAN PRINTMAKING

This exhibition offers a compelling look at the current landscape of Victorian printmaking, providing a vital snapshot of the diverse styles and distinct sensibilities defining the medium today. Rather than treating print as a static or purely historical tradition, this exhibition highlights how the medium is expanding and constantly redefining its own boundaries.

From linocut to lithography, intaglio to etching, the collection highlights the extraordinary skill, creativity, and technical ingenuity of our local artists. This exhibition aims to unite the printmaking community through shared practice, highlight the legacy of the Print Council of Australia and their dedication to championing the craft and inspire a new generation of contemporary makers.
